Secretary/Women's Ministry
This ministry exists to minister to the needs of the whole woman. The ministry encourages, builds, strengthens and supports women in their walk with the Lord. This is done through word-based teachings,discussions facilitated by seasoned speakers. Women of Victory has evolved into a vibrant and powerful ministry. The ministry also holds an annual spring Tea intend to invite all women in the community so that they can experience fellowship and the love of Christ.

Evangelism/Youth Ministry/Elder/ Pastor
The mission of the Evangelism Ministry is to evangelize the lost and disciple the found as commanded by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Matt 28:18-19. The ministry has a vision to train and equip people from our local body of believers to fulfill the Great Commission. " UNASHAMED"Â is the youth ministry at VCLC. The UNASHAMED Youth Ministry provides a platform for our youth from middle - high School (13-17 years or 6th grade to 12th grade learn the word of God and grow spiritually. The program is designed to equip and empower them to stand on the word,represent Christ in the community and learn how to serve God. The ministry also seeks to encourage our teens to know who they are in Christ."Mark16-15"

Drama/Youth Ministry/Church Decor
The mission of the ministry is to bring glory to God by bringing the Word of God and the love of God to believers and unbelievers through dance and drama.The team leads the congregation to glorify and lift the name of Jesus higher through a variety of presentations,choreographed movement to music and drama presentations.

Adult Christian Education Ministry
The purpose of the Adult Christian Education Ministry is to build mature Christians and equip the saints for the work of the ministry by teaching the truth of the Word of God. (Matthews 28:19-20) (2 Timothy 3:16)
Mr. Pete Traylor
Audio Visual Director/Van Driver/Elder
Victory Christian Life Center has a church van available to transport seniors,those with disabilities and those who may not be able to secure safe transportation to and from Sunday church service and other specific church activities. This ministry uses trained and qualified volunteer drivers who will offer the utmost in driver and vehicle safety to those entrusting us with their transportation needs and care.

Usher Ministry
The ushers and greeters ministry is a "first impression ministry".They warmly receive people on Sunday mornings and maintain order in Sanctuary.

Praise & Worship Leader
The Praise and Worship Team's primary role is to usher the congregation into the presence of the Lord during the music portion of the worship service at Victory Christian Life Center.The main focus should always be on giving praise and glory to God and God alone. Psalms100:4(NKJV)

Hospitality Ministry
This ministry is another "first impression ministry"Â that brings on the charm and elegance as well. The Hospitality Ministry works when there are special events for VCLC and other community related events where Victory is involved. Hebrews 13:2(NIV)
Ms. Mary Bradshaw
Personal Touch Leader
This ministry assists and acknowledges visitors and new believers to grow in their new relationship with Christ through discipleship and follow-up of both the first -time visitors and new believers. The other purpose of this ministry is to minister to the church family and our love ones during happy times,times of sickness,bereavement and grief to show the love of Jesus. This ministry also extends the love of Jesus by visiting and encouraging those that are in hospital or are unable to leave their homes. Galations 6:2(NKJV)

Elder/ Campus Facilities
This ministry is important to keep the church building properly maintained. The ministry also address any repairs or maintenance work needed both inside and outside of the church building in order to keep everything working properly.
